We are located in the heart of the bustling bohemian artsy village of Brooklyn-yet only 8-10 minutes from downtown Manhattan via local subway!

We are a "Green" & "Zen" private residential guest house located in a 4 floor lovely 1800's Greystone House, along the tree & cafe lined streets of historic Fort Green, Brooklyn.
The Alma Victoria House is a perfect place to rent a guest room or 2 for your NYC visit.
In the neighborhood or Fort Greene/Clinton Hill you will find many great Cafes, Pubs, Boutiques, Vintage shops, Bars, Restaurants of every kind, Flea markets and more!
A short walk takes you to lovely Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Zoo, The Brooklyn Museum, The Botanic Garden, The Brooklyn Library, Bike Paths, Horseback riding, Boating & Sailing.

Fort Greene Brooklyn is known for many of these preserved historic homes and has beautiful streets, vintage stores, museums, Galleries, trees, parks, pubs, great cafes, & boutiques.
Centrally located and minutes from bustling Manhattan, North Brooklyn is also home to many famous world class institutions, celebrities, prestigious schools and artists.
Brooklyn is a large and diverse area with many many neighborhoods of diversity.

Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn
The Alma Victoria House is a 5 minute walk to the subway local train C and only about a 8 minute subway ride to lower Manhattan. A quick train change and your on many different lines for all city destinations.
Under 15 minutes to: 14th street, Soho, Meat Packing District, & The Village.
A short bus ride from in front of the house to Atlantic Terminal where you can find all subways, & also catch the Long Island Rail Road trains to the beaches for day trips.
We recycle as much as possible, use environmentally safe cleaning products, use recycled products, and support local farmers as much as we possibly can. Our electricity comes from wind suppliers outside NYC.
We are taking reservations currently.
