We hate to make rules, but please:
~Respect our house, guests, neighbors & hallways.
~Please keep noise low in hallways, especially when entering & exiting building.
~Dinner parties, movie nights & visitors are always welcome.
~If you come in after late nights out, just be considerate of noise. This is not a party place.
~No smoking inside house.
~No Parties.
~No late night get togethers during quiet night hours of 11pm-9am
~No drugs or heavy drinkers please.
~We prefer if shoes are left inside hallways and not inside apartments. Japanese style (NYC streets are very dirty and this keeps rooms clean, and BED BUG free)
~Please Recycle in our containers and bins provided.
~NEVER, EVER let anyone inside the house if they do NOT have a key, or a code NOT even police or a person claiming to be a official-any problems call us first, unless is is a TRUE emergency, then call 911 from hallway phone.
